Turkey Visa Online Application - Required Documents

Every applicant must submit the Turkey Visa Application online at least one month before the date of travel to avoid all kinds of inconveniences related to the travel plan and requirements.

Below important documents to be kept handy for applying for Tourist Visa

2 copies of Turkey Visa Online Application duly signed by the visa applicant. (NIC No., Father and Mother Names, complete permanent or temporary residential addresses must to enter.)
4 photos (dimensions: 5 cm. X 5 cm. with a white background)

Photocopies of recent and Old Passport along with photocopies of previous used (VISA & entry-exit stamp) pages. The validity of Passport or another equivalent travel document should at least 180 days.

Employment Letter or legal work contract agreement of the applicant’s company/employer (where applicable) stating few *required details like name, position, salary, duration of employment along with latest months’ (3months) salary slips.

Valid Police Character Certificate from the concerned government authorities to be provided

In accordance with the Foreigners & International Protection Act no. 6458, Clause: article 15/c, all the foreigners who wish to apply for a Turkish visa shall submit a Valid Police Character Certificate.

Valid Health Insurance Certificate for Air Travel

In accordance with the Foreigners and International Protection Act no. 6458, Clause: article 15/e, all the foreigners who wish to apply for a Turkish visa shall submit a valid Health Insurance Certificate for Air Travel covering the maximum duration of their stay in Turkey.

Valid Health Fitness Certificate for an Individual

The certificate should be from a Hospital or any MBBS Doctor which should mention that the visa applicant is fit for Air Travel with a valid Signature and seal. In accordance to the Foreigners and International Protection Act no. 6458, Clause: article 15/รง, all foreigners who wish to apply for 

Turkish visa shall submit a Valid Health Fitness Certificate

Copy of Flight and Hotel booking (Reservation or Ticket) + Hotel / Accommodation Reservation.
Latest Bank Account Maintenance Certificate and Valid Bank Statements of the latest months’ (3 months) which has to be signed and stamped by the concerned bank officer.


Consent Letter to be provided by the applicant for all the respective documents
